Paper Title: Why the quest of AI is of (African) philosophical nature?

Not only people, but also anti-disciplines migrate, emigrate and reemigrate from one border disciplin to another. That has been the case of AI in University context. Indeed, AI was “born” and perceived as part of computer science, than as part of the ciber sciences, but also psychological and afterwards, more and more landing into philosophy departments. Some thinkers perceived it also as a kind of new theology. Why is it philosophical questioning?
