Associate professor at Universidad de los Andes, with more than 20 years of experience, 8 of them in management positions. I was director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Development Studies – Cider - (2019-2024) and director of the Master in Development Practice-MDP (2015- 2017). My research and teaching interests focus on understanding social inclusion programs, sustainable business models, and responsible value chain management. I have served as a trainer of young and professional leaders in the areas of social responsibility, fundraising and sustainable development. I have been an external consultant for non-profit organizations, private companies and public sector entities
